$CRYPTO Glossary
TL;DR Nine recurring terms from the movement's public material, defined for a first-time reader: its catchphrase, a daily post ritual, an in-joke misspelling, a community self-label, standard crypto slang, and a borrowed conviction-memecoin term.
This vocabulary is documented from the movement's public posts and meme material, as collected across the culture section; the definitions below describe how the terms are used, not an endorsement of any claim they carry.
Crypto looks good here
The movement's recurring catchphrase, stamped across meme images and reused in the first publicly launched companion game's own description. In the movement's material, the phrase functions as shorthand for its stated anti-fiat stance — a rallying line rather than a factual claim about any asset's price.
Day NNN
A long-running daily ritual post format documented in the movement's public material. The "NNN" stands in for the running count, incremented with each post in the sequence. In the movement's material, the format works as a recurring cadence for community engagement rather than a claim about any particular streak or who is posting it.
SCRYPTO
A deliberate misspelling of "crypto" used as an in-joke within the movement's community material. In the movement's material, recognizing the term signals in-group familiarity rather than adding factual information about the token itself.
Cryptards
A self-label the community uses for itself, in the movement's own material, intended affectionately rather than as an insult. This kind of self-deprecating in-group nickname is typical of memecoin communities more broadly, not unique to this one.
gm
Short for "good morning"; a greeting widely used across crypto-native communities to signal presence, not specific to this movement. In the movement's material, it appears as part of ordinary daily posting rather than as a term unique to $CRYPTO.
HODL
Crypto slang for holding an asset long-term rather than selling on short-term price moves; originated as a misspelling of "hold". In the movement's material, the term is used to frame the community as reviving that original holding ethic, rather than as investment guidance from this site.
CA
Short for "contract address" — the on-chain identifier that confirms a token is the genuine one rather than an impersonator. In the movement's material, "CA?" is a common request from newcomers; the confirmed addresses for $CRYPTO, plus how to verify them, are on the facts and contracts page.
pump.fun
The Solana launchpad $CRYPTO launched through in April 2025, using a bonding-curve mechanism where price rises automatically as buying activity increases, before graduating to a public liquidity pool. Full launch details and sourcing are on the movement timeline.
Pure Belief Asset (PBA)
A term from the wider conviction-memecoin discourse — most visibly the SPX6900 community and podcast commentary from the memecoin commentator Murad Mahmudov — for a coin whose value is treated as resting on collective belief rather than technical utility, discussed further on where Cryptocurrency Coin fits. A PondTalk with Blew episode on PBAs and the SPX6900 movement uses the exact phrase publicly; a separate episode of the same podcast has Mahmudov introducing "pure belief assets" directly. None of that source material names $CRYPTO; the movement's own material places $CRYPTO in that orbit, which is the movement's framing rather than a claim made in the discourse itself.
For the movement's meme formats these terms appear in, see meme culture.
